The US market remains one of the most important for UK food and drink exporters - but is one that has many challenges, where you will face worldwide competition and which needs careful consideration if you are to make money.

Many channels are more complicated and difficult to manage than you may have experienced in Europe.  FDEA's in market expert for the USA will share the latest insights from the US and offer advice on targeting.

For the USA,  it is imperative that your Supply Chain is fit for purpose too.  Often transactions are at break-even or are unprofitable when true logistic costs are applied, with many flaws or inefficiencies including:

    • A narrow view of cost management
    • High inventory and warehousing costs
    • Escalating regulatory compliance directives
    • Complex customs and duty legislation
    • The use of multiple carriers and brokers
    • Inconsistent services and lead times

Join this afternoon workshop to benefit from their vast experience on the US Supply Chain and the logistical areas you should be reviewing.

Plus a roundtable discussion with exporters to share insights.
