    FOODEX JAPAN is one of the largest international trade shows in Asia specialising in Food & Drink with over 71,000 visitors and 2,500 exhibitors from 70 countries & regions.     The Japan food and drink market is very sophisticated, and although traditional culinary culture remains a strong part of national identity, Japanese consumers enjoy a diverse range of food products now available at an array of convenient locations.
