Last year saw record levels of food and drink exports, but the challenges around the uncertainty of Brexit have created uncertainly.  

FDEA want to give  members the opportunity to be heard. Join us at the forthcoming debate at the House of Commons and address the key areas in which you need reassurances as we move ever closer to Brexit. 

Raise your concerns and join the discussion with an invited panel of senior civil servants, Members of Parliament and the business community followed by afternoon tea in the impressive Churchill room for less formal exchanges. Hear from:

  • Phil Earl, Deputy Director  Goods, Agriculture and Fisheries - Department for Exiting the EU 
  • Tim Render, Director at DEFRA and Head of the Great British Food Unit
  • John Stevenson MP for Carlisle - All-Party Parliamentary Group on Food and Drink Manufacturing


When:                  Tuesday 24th October from 1400 – 1800 hrs
Brexit Debate - 1400-1600
Afternoon Tea - 1600-1800 

Location:             House of Commons Committee Room 6 and the Churchill Room 

Cost:                     Contribution to the cost of this event £80 + VAT per person

Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come basis by booking your place. At this stage we are limiting places to one delegate per organisation.
